I’m roaring with excitement for the latest collection previewed yesterday and released today at noon. Dinosaurs!!! One of my top three Irregular Choice prints is coming back and it’s Dinosaurs!!!
What’s in the collection
Well, it’s kind of a release n in two parts. The face masks, which go beyond dinosaur print and seem to a be available from a number of places and then the shoes. Two pairs of shoes so far.
Shoes
Lets adress the shoes first. We have a Nick of Time with a glitter pink bow and heel that so far appears to only be an exclusive to Irregular Choice. Then there’s the Fancy That with the shiny purple heel and bow. These are shown as a UK exclusive to Lottie’s Atik. Both shoes are part of the iconic range and so will have the iconic box, paper and sole. I’ve done reviews of both style of shoe that you can find by clicking on the links above. Sometimes stockists share exclusives with Irregular Choice so it’s hard to say if the Nick’s will only be on the Irregular Choice website and the Fancy That on Lottie’s or if both styles will be available at both places. Both have used the word ‘collection’ which implies that they have more styles beyond these. I’m praying for Ban Joes and a new bag.
The shoes share the same dinosaur print that we have seen on Karrie Okey, Steposaurus, Dino, Heaven’s Above, the Doctor Dino bag and tights and a scarf. It’s such a bright bold print, almost with a neon 80’s vibe. I currently only have Karrie Okey so I’d love a scarf or tights to co-ordinatate. Having said that, I can now get a matching face covering.
Masks
So, on to the face masks. I was lucky enought to get a preview last week and I’m so excited. Especially now that we’re all out in the real world again, my mask collection is seeming very small. We’ve been shown two prints so far. The white dinosaur print which is listed as exclusive to Irregular Choice and the anniverary design. They measure L24 x W15 cm which does seem a bit big for my child size head but i’m hoping the adjustable star shaped toggles will save me. The masks have three layers (1 layer of cotton, 1 layer of SMS and 1 layer of external polypropylene), are washable and water-resistent. I’m off to Manchester shortly to get mine so can’t wait to see how they fit. I’ll take lots of photos.

What if it sells out
Usually most stuff that sells out can be found. The official site as well as many of the stockists allow you to sign up for email alerts when items come back in stock You can find out how to set up an alert on the official site here. You can also set up an ebay alert for Dinosaurs as quite a few of the independents sell on there too. Eclectic sometimnes get Irregular Choice exclusives after the face and they sell on Ebay and Amazon so check both.
Facebook groups like Irregular Choice buy, sell and worship sometimes set up a post to link buyers searching for something specific to stockists or you can add a request to their ISO (In Search Of) folders.
